Cleaner / Dishwasher

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the restaurant premises, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the kitchen and dining areas.

-Responsible for maintaining strict hygiene, sanitization, and cleanliness standards across both the kitchen/dish-pit and general facility or dining areas. -Washing & Sanitizing: Wash plates, bowls, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand for delicate/oversized items. -Surface Cleaning: Wipe down, clean, and sanitize food preparation tables, kitchen counters, walls, and equipment surfaces. -Floors: Sweep, wet-mop, and scrub kitchen, scullery, or surrounding service-area floors -Waste & Recycling Management: Empty trash bins, sort recyclables, break down cardboard boxes, and transfer garbage to designated outdoor dumpsters or compactors
