About the role...

The Nordics team is responsible for delivering the commercial and marketing strategy for the Mr Green and 888 brands across Denmark and Sweden. We work closely with colleagues across CRM, Product, GMS, Acquisition, Creative Studio and external partners to develop and deliver locally relevant campaigns, propositions and customer experiences that drive sustainable growth.

As the business continues to evolve, the team is taking on greater ownership of regional marketing planning and coordination, creating exciting opportunities to influence how our brands are positioned and executed in-market. It's a collaborative, fast-paced environment where local market knowledge, commercial thinking and strong cross-functional teamwork are key to success.

What you will be doing...

Support the execution and delivery of the Swedish marketing plan and promotional calendar.
Coordinate CRM and product promotional activity with regional and central stakeholders.
Support the delivery of acquisition, retention and brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage Swedish organic social media channels, including content planning, publishing and community management.
Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets with the Creative Studio and external agencies.
Support the activation and delivery of sponsorships and local market partnerships.
Coordinate campaign activity across relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Localise regional marketing plans and activity for the Swedish market.
Identify local market opportunities and recommend improvements to marketing activity.
Monitor campaign performance and support campaign optimisation initiatives.
Support local market initiatives designed to deliver commercially effective and customer-focused marketing activity.
Support marketing activity across the Mr Green and 888 brands.
Support marketing budget administration, including the management of Purchase Orders and invoicing.

Who we are looking for...

Minimum of three years’ experience in Marketing, CRM and/or the iGaming industry.
Native-level Swedish language proficiency.
Strong understanding of Swedish consumer behaviour, media landscape and culture.
Experience supporting customer acquisition and/or retention campaigns.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and paid search.
Experience using Google Analytics and other campaign reporting and performance tools.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams within a matrix organisation.
