Project Manager

ESSE Ltd. on behalf of Evolve RS Group are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager with excellent organizational skills to join their team.

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

· Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to management and clients during weekly meetings, daily reporting and meetings on site with all parties involved;

· Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors, as well as in charge of the H&S of all those on site;

· In charge of delivery of material on site for each phase of the project, and in cases involved in the buying of material for sites;

· Monitoring build costs and project progress, and in charge of variations needed to continue works;

· Conducting quality and safety inspections and that works are being conducted as the profession requires;

· Checking and updating site reports, designs and drawings and updating workers on site with updated drawings;

· Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise;

· Engaging in any other task commensurate with the role.

Project Manager Requirements:

· 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager (essential);

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
