Risparmio Casa, founded in the 1960s, is an Italian-run business with a network of more than 160 stores across Italy, Switzerland and now, Malta. The store stocks a vast variety of products including cleaning products, home care, beauty, personal care and household goods.

We are looking for motivated and friendly Sales Assistants to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. If you're passionate about helping customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Risparmio Casa Malta, welcoming customers, guiding them through our products, and ensuring they find what they need. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all store areas and the assortment of products are properly organized and kept in order.
Check the goods using the appropriate devices- Training will be provided.
Supervise and ensure that the merchandise is positioned correctly on the shelves in compliance with the directives provided by the Store Manager.
Report defective or internally used goods to the Store Manager the
Report any theft of goods.
Carry out cash transactions.
Assist with signage and pricing of products.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Store Manager as needed that align with the role and support the overall store operations.

Requirements:

Candidate must hold a valid driving licence (Category C or C1)
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to work in a team.
Candidate must be comfortable with heights and able to safely and effectively use ladders in various work settings.
Candidate must be able to lift and carry items part of their daily tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English. (Maltese and/or Italian will be a plus).
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
