As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all facility-related systems and equipment. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems along with their associated equipment.
Diagnose faults following the manufacturer's procedures.
Ensure efficient servicing and execution of preventive maintenance on equipment.
Maintain records and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules.
Possess knowledge of and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), including equipment scheduling to optimise plant operation.
Conduct daily checks on all pumps and record their readings.
Report any identified issues that could lead to significant breakdowns.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the plant room at all times.
Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests.
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all RO systems, such as pumps, filters, and piping.
Undertake necessary modifications or new installations as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
Certification or relevant training in plant operations or maintenance would be considered an asset.
Wireman License A or B would be considered an asset.
