Job Summary

The Driver / Courier is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional collection and delivery of documents, parcels, equipment, and other company-related items. The role also includes providing general driving and logistical support as indicated by the Operations Executive, while representing the company in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, transport, and deliver documents, parcels, packages, and other items as instructed.
Carry out banking, government office, supplier, client, and other business-related errands.
Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately, securely, and within agreed timeframes.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information, documents, and materials handled.
Assist with general office support duties, including moving items, filing deliveries, and other tasks as assigned.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance where required.
Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, presentable, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic offences, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Directors or their designated representative.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
- Valid and clean driving licence appropriate for the vehicle(s) operated.
- Previous experience as a driver, courier, or delivery driver is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Basic literacy and communication skills for handling delivery documentation.

Working Conditions
