Key responsabilities

⁠Lead and manage the letting team to achieve and exceed targets
Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to a high professional standard
Develop structured training programs (academy, onboarding, continuous development)
Provide daily coaching and hands-on support, especially with new agents
⁠Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and performance reviews
⁠Accompany agents on viewings when needed to ensure quality and conversion
⁠Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration and performance
⁠Organize team meetings, training sessions, and events
⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Leadership & Mindset

⁠Lead by example with professionalism, discipline, and a strong work ethic
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
⁠Be highly available and supportive to the team

Requirements

⁠Proven experience in real estate in Malta (mandatory)
Strong sales skills, leadership and team management experiences
⁠Excellent communication and coaching abilities
⁠Social Media's marketing knowledges is a plus
Deep understanding of the local letting market
Highly organized, driven, and target-oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
