We are seeking to recruit a Finance Officer.

Provide end-to-end accounting support across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice issuance, payment processing and statement reconciliations.
Liaise with debtors and creditors to resolve account queries via email and telephone.
Record financial transactions accurately within the Company's accounting systems.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unreconciled items.
Process accounting transactions relating to overseas operations, including bank and cash receipts and payments.
Process general ledger transactions up to trial balance stage, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
Maintain accurate and organised digital accounting records, including invoices, statements, payments and bank documentation.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Assist with the preparation of annual audit documentation and respond to audit queries.
Provide reconciliations and financial information to support the preparation of overseas statutory accounts.
Reconcile intercompany balances across the Group.
Support credit control activities.
Support inventory and revenue control processes.
