What You'll Be Doing

Keeping the office running smoothly from admin to daily operations
Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting bookkeeping
Coordinating logistics shipments, deliveries, supplier communication, and inventory
Maintaining spotless records, filing systems, and documentation
Being the professional voice on calls, emails, and correspondence

What You Bring to the Table
