We’re looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join a growing international iGaming business in a fully remote role.

This is a commercially focused position where you’ll take ownership of key affiliate relationships, develop new partnerships and help drive the continued growth of the affiliate channel. You’ll have the autonomy to build on your existing network, negotiate commercial opportunities and work closely with partners to maximise performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow relationships with key affiliate partners.
Identify, approach and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase acquisition and revenue.
Develop affiliate campaigns and opportunities alongside internal marketing teams.
Analyse market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and networking events.
Contribute ideas and insights to the wider affiliate and commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of affiliate management experience within iGaming or online casino.
Strong existing knowledge of the iGaming affiliate landscape and commercial models.
An established network of affiliate relationships would be a strong advantage.
Proven experience developing partnerships and growing affiliate performance.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable using data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
