What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using modern .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core 8), with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.

Build and integrate messaging systems and background services, ensuring reliable, event-driven communication across distributed components.

Write and optimise MS SQL queries, indexes, and performance-critical operations for high-volume environments.

Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and product brainstorming, helping shape the future of our platform.

Define and uphold engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and system design.

Drive continuous improvement, staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that can elevate our engineering capabilities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly supportive environment where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, API design, REST, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MS SQL, SOA, and distributed caching technologies (e.g., Redis).

Experience with Typescript or Python is considered an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

A mindset built on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
