The SalesMarketingExecutive will support the overall growth and day-to-day performance of the business, working across sales, marketing, branding and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and branding activities.

- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

- Support the sales team and assist customers when required.

- Manage supplier orders and follow up on deliveries.

- Monitor stock levels and product performance.

- Ensure consistent company branding across all channels.

- Analyse overall business performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Help improve sales, operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Support management with reports, ideas and new business initiatives.

- Assist with other operational duties as required.

- Knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce will be considered an asset.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication, marketing and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently while being flexible enough to support different areas of the business.

Fluency in Maltese and English is required.

Previous experience in sales, marketing or business operations role will be considered an asset.

An attractive remuneration package, including salary and commission, will be offered to the right candidate.
