About The Role

Serve as internal legal counsel for all gaming-related legal matters. You'll review contracts, advise on regulatory issues, and ensure legal compliance across our operations.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on gaming regulations
Review and negotiate commercial contracts
Advise on licensing and regulatory matters
Handle corporate governance issues
Manage relationships with external law firms
Draft legal documents and agreements
Support compliance team on legal matters
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes

Requirements

5+ years of legal experience in iGaming
Law degree and qualified lawyer (Malta or EU)
Deep knowledge of gaming regulations
Strong contract negotiation skills
Experience with corporate law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication
Commercial awareness
