We are expanding our internal installation team and are looking for Racking Installers to join our growing operations. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and want stable employment with opportunities to grow.

The Role

As a Racking Installer, you will be responsible for:

Installation, modification, and dismantling of pallet racking systems
Working on industrial and warehouse projects across Malta
Reading basic layout drawings and following installation plans
Using power tools and installation equipment safely and correctly
Working at heights (mobile platforms / scissor lifts where required)
Ensuring all works are completed to required safety and quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite
Collaborating closely with the Project Coordinator and Operations team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in racking installation, steel structures, construction, or similar hands-on work
Strong work ethic and reliability
Safety-focused mindset (PPE, procedures, correct methods)
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow company standards
Basic English communication skills
Driving licence is an asset
