Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for a SMM Manager to join our forward-looking team.

The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania but it could be fully remote work (with the location +/- 1-2 hours from CET zone only).

As a SMM Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy, growing its online presence and communities, and creating engaging content across key platforms. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving audience engagement, managing creator and influencer relationships, monitoring trends and platform developments, and using performance insights to continuously improve social media activities.

WHAT YOU DO

Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives;
Build long-term growth plans for each platform based on its audience and algorithm;
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement through organic social media.

Content Management

Plan, create, write, and publish content across company social media channels, including: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram;
Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different audiences and platforms;
Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to deliver engaging visual content;
Maintain a content plan and ensure consistent publishing.

Community Management

Build and maintain active communities across platforms such as Discord or Telegram;
Moderate discussions and encourage meaningful engagement;
Monitor community sentiment and collect valuable user feedback;
Identify community trends, recurring topics, and opportunities for engagement.

Influencer & Streamer Relations

Support communication with streamers, content creators, and influencers;
Coordinate promotional activities and campaign execution;
Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with creators.

Trend Monitoring

Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new content formats;
Proactively suggest new ideas, experiments, and initiatives;
Continuously identify opportunities to improve social media performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with PR, Design, Product, and Business Development teams;
Support game launches, company announcements, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns through social media.

Performance & Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance;
Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth, and content effectiveness;
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations;
Use data to continuously optimize content strategy.

WHAT YOU KNOW

2+ years of experience managing social media;
Experience within the iGaming industry is required;
Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously;
Experience with community management;
Experience working with influencers or streamers is a strong advantage.

Professional Skills

Excellent understanding of major social media platforms, including, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram;
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices;
Familiarity with additional platforms (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, etc.) is considered a plus;
Outstanding English copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, brand-consistent content across different formats;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously;
Basic understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital communications.
