Ice Cream Chef

We are seeking a skilled Balkan Ice Cream Chef to prepare and produce traditional Balkan-style ice cream and frozen desserts while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food hygiene.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ice cream, gelato, flavours and frozen desserts. - Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. - Operate and maintain ice cream production equipment. - Ensure proper product quality, presentation and storage. - Monitor ingredient stock and minimise food waste. - Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and HACCP standards.
