The role: Group Finance Assistant Manager

This isn’t a book-closing job. You’ll be the CEO’s finance right hand — owning the numbers and building the analysis behind the decisions.

Day to day you’ll run the core finance operations — ledgers, reconciliations, month-end, management accounts across the group’s entities. But the real work sits on top: project budgets, cash flow, and turning messy inputs into clean, decision-ready answers, fast.

You’ll take a voice note, a spec or a rough idea and come back with a model, a budget or a bank case — thought through directly with the CEO.

Who you are

• Part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified (ACCA / ACA or equivalent) — hungry to grow into a senior finance seat
• A few solid years behind you, sharp and fast — you’d rather solve a problem than wait for instructions
• A genuine builder — comfortable in Excel, comfortable building a model from scratch, comfortable owning something
• Someone who wants a career, not a job
