Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality, professional customer service to clients.
Support customers with their ongoing insurance requirements and inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and branch targets.
Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach while working within a team.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Candidate profile

A self-driven, target-oriented team player with a flair for sales and strong customer service skills.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Possess a qualification at diploma level or an equivalent level.
Have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer-oriented environment.
Fluent in both Maltese and English.
