Your Role

As our Front Desk Hero, you'll be the first smiling face customers see—whether face-to-face or over the phone. Your mission? Make every customer feel welcome, assist with their questions, and deliver top-notch service with a positive attitude.

Where and When

This full-time gig (40 hours a week) runs on a roster from Monday to Saturday, with shifts mainly in the mornings. You'll be based at different locations across Malta—North, Central, and South—helping us keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with a smile.
Answer questions and provide accurate info.
Handle complaints professionally and find solutions fast.
Support admin tasks and keep records tidy.
Deliver friendly service both in person and over the phone.
Follow company procedures while keeping quality high.
Team up with colleagues to hit our goals and make the day great.

What You Bring:

Fluent in Maltese and English (spoken and written).
Great communicator with a warm, friendly vibe.
Previous experience in a customer care role, preferably face-to-face.
Tech-savvy—Proficient in Microsoft Office (ECDL? Nice!).
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Available Monday to Saturday, mostly mornings.
Organised, professional, and customer-centric mindset.
