Most sales jobs ask you to hit targets. This one asks you to build something from scratch.

Archer IT Recruitment is launching a brand-new business division focused on helping Switzerland's leading pharmaceutical companies hire the technology talent they need to grow.

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who doesn't just want another sales role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a market.

Why This Is Different

You won't inherit accounts.
You won't manage existing clients.
You won't be handed an easy pipeline.

You'll be opening new doors, creating opportunities, and helping establish Archer's presence within one of Europe's most exciting and lucrative markets.

Note for all: It won't be easy. There will be setbacks, rejections, and days when progress feels slow.

But if you're the kind of person who gets energy from creating opportunities where none existed before, this is where things get exciting.

The Opportunity

You'll focus on introducing Swiss pharmaceutical companies to Archer's specialist IT recruitment services. Specifically, you'll be developing relationships that lead to contract recruitment partnerships.

Why does that matter?

Because contract recruitment creates recurring revenue.
One successful client today can continue generating commissions for years.
As your portfolio grows, your earnings compound.

For the right person, six-figure earnings become a realistic long-term outcome as your client base matures.

This role is for people who:

Love outbound sales and business development (1-3 years of experience as SDR, BDR, Outbound Sales Specialist)
Enjoy opening doors and creating opportunities and see challenges as opportunities
English speakers (German speakers are a plus!)
EU passport holders and ready to relocate to the Mediterranean

What You'll Get

Build something meaningful: Become one of the first people shaping a completely new division for Archer.
Learn from proven market builders: Get trained and work alongside experienced recruiters and business developers who have successfully launched markets across multiple countries.
Earn promotions, don't wait for them: Progress through Archer's transparent 13-level promotion framework where advancement is driven by performance, not tenure.
A new Lifestyle in Malta: Join an ambitious, international team in a fast-paced environment where growth is encouraged and success is celebrated.

Financial package:

Earn without a ceiling: Average earnings of €36K+ in Year 1 and €65K+ in Year 2, with €100K+ potential long term (base + uncapped commission)
