You shall perform such duties as normally attached to your position with the Company, which include, but are not limited to, the following:-

Operations

Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
Open and close the shop according to schedule
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and proper merchandising standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of shop assistants
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Train new employees on products, procedures, and customer service standards
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor completion

Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally
Provide expert advice on plants, gardening products, and care instructions
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Sales & Financial

Meet and exceed sales targets
Process transactions accurately and handle cash management

Health & Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain safe working environment for staff and customers
Conduct regular safety checks and equipment maintenance
