Graphic / 3D Asset Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, working primarily on high-quality online casino brands. The ideal candidate is digitally driven, knowledgable in ai pipelines, detail-oriented and passionate about creating consistent 3D visual assets, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, consistent 3D assets using 3D software, AI imagery tools or a hybrid approach.
Adapt and reskin creative assets across multiple brands while maintaining each brand’s visual identity.
Deliver consistently high-quality creative output aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
Manage multiple design tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
Maintain and organise source files, templates and reusable asset systems.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and asset production efficiency.
Liaise with the team to align on priorities, creative direction and project requirements.

Key Deliverables

High-quality 3D visual assets delivered accurately and on time.
Consistent and effective asset reskins across multiple iGaming brands.
Efficient, reusable asset systems that support faster production.
Active contribution to creative and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, art-working skills, and concept creation.
Experience creating and adapting assets across different brands.
Confidence using AI imagery generation tools as part of the creative process.
A strong eye for detail, composition and visual consistency.
Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
Experience with 3D modelling and animation is considered a plus.
